This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications from eligible entities to provide comprehensive air quality policy and regulatory analysis including support and national coordination activities to assist tribes in understanding, participating in, and responding to EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation’s policy and regulatory activities.

In accordance with CFDA 66.034, applications will be accepted from states, local governments, territories, Indian tribes, and possessions of the U.S., including the District of Columbia, international organizations, public and private universities and colleges, hospitals, laboratories, and other public or private non-profit institutions.
The total estimated funding expected to be available for award under this competitive opportunity is approximately $8,000,000, which is anticipated to be funded up to approximately $1,600,000 annually over five years. Funding is dependent upon agency appropriations, funding availability, and other applicable considerations. The total amount of federal funding requested by an applicant must not exceed $8,000,000.
