Department of Defense - Naval International Cooperative Opportunities in Science and Technology (NICOP) -- ONR
The United States Department of Defense (DOD), Department of the Navy, Office of Naval Research (ONR), International Field Office (ONRIFO) accepts proposals for Naval International Cooperative Opportunities in Science and Technology (NICOP). NICOP is a mechanism to encourage international science and technology (S&T) collaboration in areas of Naval interest by providing seed funding when the Office of Naval Research Headquarters or other U.S. government agencies commit to outyear program funding. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis to ensure timely benefit to the Department of the Navy (DoN).
