The Duke Funding Alert newsletter, published every Monday, provides information on all new and updated grants and fellowships added to the database during the prior week. This listserv is restricted to members of the Duke community.
Funding for RRF’s general program of grantmaking is given to efforts that support the Foundation’s funding interests:
- Improve the availability and quality of community-based and long-term services and supports.
- Provide new and expanded opportunities for older adults to engage in meaningful roles in society.
- Seek causes and solutions to significant problems of older adults.
- Increase the number of professionals and paraprofessionals adequately prepared to serve the elder population.
Deadlines for Letter of Inquiry: Nov. 1, Feb. 1, May 1
Nonprofit organizations throughout the United States that focus on advocacy, research, or continuing education and training related to older adults. Direct service requests will be considered only from organizations in these seven states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Wisconsin and Florida.
