The 711th Human Performance Wing, Human Effectiveness Directorate will be soliciting white papers under this announcement for innovative technologies to support Human Performance Sensing. The objective of this BAA is to advance the human performance sense-assess-augment paradigm and concentrate on Human Performance Sensing technologies with resulting application demonstrations.  Proposed work should have an emphasis on sensing key biomarkers/metrics which are associated with performance parameters to develop, integrate, miniaturize, test and validate human-centric multi-sensor suite designs.  The technology research in the BAA will be primarily focused in the following area: Human Performance Sensing.

As this is a 2-Step BAA with Calls, white paper/proposal due dates and times will be specified in each call for white papers to this solicitation.  Additionally, individual calls will follow a two-step process; First Step - Request for White Papers.  Second Step – Request for Proposals  sent to offerors that submit white papers considered to meet the needs of the Air Force.
