The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement a new activity “Improving Pathways to Education (IPE)” program. Eligibility for this award is not restricted.
The IPE Activity will increase access to safe, quality basic education for children and youth by improving socio-economic opportunities, contributing to the multi-sectoral impacts of violence prevention efforts, and decreasing irregular migration. This will be achieved through evidenceinformed interventions under three results.
1. Enhanced Governance for Effectiveness, Transparency, and Responsiveness in the Education System
2. Increased Access to and Retention in Inclusive, Quality Education, Particularly for the most Marginalized Learners
3. Improved Safety in and around Schools
