The ARNG manages lands in all states and territories, and as is the case with all government agencies, the ARNG must manage its lands in accordance with all environmental laws, such as, National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, etc. Compliance with these laws and implementing regulations requires stewardship of the natural and cultural resources and training facilities on military installations and application of the data in management decisions.

OBJECTIVE: To provide planning, technical, and field support to the ARNG to ensure proper conservation and rehabilitation of the natural resources at a programmatic level while enabling a successful SRP/TSS program.

Amount Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement is for a competed, potentially multiyear, cooperative agreement. The period of performance for this cooperative agreement is twelve (12) months from date of award with the potential for up to four (4) option periods if all requirements are acceptably met and future funding is approved and available. This does not obligate the Government to extend this agreement beyond the initial 12-month period of performance. The total Project Cost Ceiling for the Base Period is $2,113,000.00.
